Here are some common blunders couples make when ordering their wedding signs.

Not waiting until after their guests have RSVP'd before designing the seating chart sign

Some couples also make the error of using an impractical font for their bar sign; they might, for example, ask the sign company to use a font that is so ornate that it is unreadable when used for the small text on the bar menu that describes the ingredients of the cocktails that they plan to serve.

This could result in guests ordering cocktails that contain ingredients they dislike because they can't read the bar menu. Alternatively, it might result in them not even bothering to try the cocktails, and instead opting for plain alcoholic drinks (this is very likely to happen if there is a queue at the bar and people don't have time to spend squinting at the illegible bar menu or asking the barman questions about the cocktails).

If the couple has gone to a lot of effort to create delicious and interesting drinks for their guests, this simple error could mean lots of their guests miss out on the wonderful results of all this effort. Given this, it is important for couples to ensure that the text on this particular sign is large and plain enough that their guests will be able to read it quickly and easily.
